When you use the enquiry form, we may receive your name, email address, organisation, selected enquiry type and the information you include in your message. The form sends this information by email. The theme does not create a public profile or store a separate database of form submissions.

Information is used to respond to your enquiry, assess a potential story or access opportunity, arrange a conversation, and manage documentary development. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Sharing and protection
Information may be shared with members of the documentary team who need it for development or production. Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Documentary participation
Submitting a nomination or enquiry does not create a filming agreement and does not grant permission to film or publish a person’s story. Any potential participation will be discussed separately, with appropriate information, consent and production documentation.

You may contact us through the website to request access to, or correction of, personal information previously supplied through the enquiry process.
